The gas is discharged from the bottom center of the whole device and forms an air film with the ground to realize the separation of the object from the ground In order to separate the air inlet 4 from the ground, it is necessary to provide a continuous supply of power gas, so that the disc is continuously out of contact with the ground, so as to achieve the purpose of suspended transportation.

2. Characteristics of air suspension handling
Safety: Effectively eliminate the impact vibration, that is, the heavy object will not be subjected to any impact vibration during the transportation; the airbag only lifts between 5-100mm during the transportation. For the transportation of heavy and overweight items, the height of the overlift is per liter during the transportation. A higher score will increase the risk factor several times;

Moving and positioning are efficient and sensitive: due to the suspended working method, it is not restricted by wheel turning or ground friction. Air suspension transport on the ground can easily move 360 degrees in all directions and rotate in place. It is difficult to realize the moving method. The thrust or traction required for moving is only a few thousandths or less of the traditional handling method. Because the required moving force is greatly reduced and there is no direction and angle restriction when moving, it makes heavy objects It is more precise and efficient when moving and positioning.
Low energy consumption: Compared with traditional power methods, using gas as power saves at least half of the energy. Some tests are only 1/3 or even lower than the traditional methods; in addition, the floor surface is used to protect the floor as much as possible, because the base work is basically suspended On the ground, the operation on the surface of the floor is minimal, but the air suspension transmits weight to the ground through the air, so the foundation floor needs to have the bearing capacity of heavy objects. Under ideal conditions, a thrust or traction of 1KG can drive a weight of 1T to move or rotate.
